How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is free for eligible United States orders, with no minimum purchase. We prepare orders within 1 day (Monday to Friday), followed by an estimated 2 - 4 days (Monday to Friday) in transit — about 3 - 5 days (Monday to Friday) in total. See Shipping & Delivery.
Can I return my order?
You can request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first for approval and a free prepaid label. There is no restocking fee, and approved refunds are issued within 5 calendar days after inspection. See Returns & Refunds.
Do car lifts and pergolas need assembly?
Yes. Pergolas, gazebos and most car lifts ship ready to assemble. Each product page lists the dimensions, weight and assembly notes; car lifts also list the power supply and the floor and ceiling clearance they need. Contact us with the product name if you need help checking a spec.
Are products new or open box?
Each product shows its condition with a “New” or “Open box” badge next to the stock status, and open-box items are also labeled in their title and details.
