Before you pay, checkout displays the items, any applied discount, shipping, applicable tax, and final total. Payment is collected when you place your order.
PayPal processes the payment through its service. Do not send us card numbers, PayPal passwords, or other payment credentials by email or chat. PayPal handles payment information under its own Privacy Statement.
If a payment is declined or interrupted, check the message from PayPal and your payment account. If you are uncertain whether an order was placed, look for its confirmation and contact us before paying again. Share the order number, if available, without sending financial credentials.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We issue an approved return refund within 5 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the return; PayPal or your bank may need additional time to show the credit.
